Getting Started

If you are visiting PMGH for the first time, please proceed to the main reception area located near the front entrance. Staff will assist you with directions, registration, and any immediate concerns.

Outpatient Assistance

• Visit the Outpatient Department counters for registration.
• Bring your ID, referral letter, and any previous medical records.
• Walk‑ins are accepted depending on daily patient load.
• Staff will guide you to the correct clinic or specialist.

Emergency Assistance

For life‑threatening emergencies, dial 111 immediately. PMGH Emergency Department operates 24/7 and accepts all emergency walk‑ins.

Patient Rights & Support

• You have the right to respectful and safe care.
• Your medical information is confidential and protected.
• You may request your medical records through the Records Department.
• You may ask questions about your treatment at any time.

Billing & Payment Support

Billing counters are located near the main reception. PMGH accepts selected insurance providers. Please check with the cashier or your insurer for confirmation.

Specialist Clinic Support

• HIV care is available at Heduru Clinic.
• Maternity services are provided through Susu Mama Clinic and maternity wards.
• Dialysis services are available for kidney failure patients.
• TB, oncology, paediatrics, and surgical clinics operate on scheduled days.
